For the benefit of our customers we accept product returns and refunds to customers. For returns and refunds, please read the following instructions.

1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds.

 a.Regulations on time

With audio books available, the time to request a refund is no more than 30 days from the time the system successfully confirms the payment and grants you the right to download. In the case of pre-ordered books, this time is counted from the time we notify you of granting the right to download the product.

b. Regulations on returns and refunds.

  • Audio books and digital products must not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • For pre-ordered books if we can't deliver the product on time as promised.
  • You have not downloaded the audiobook you purchased. We do not accept refund requests for downloads. If you have downloaded an audiobook file, we only accept refunds if the downloaded file is faulty and unusable and we are unable to provide a replacement within 72 hours.
  • For products purchased under the promotional "combo", we do not offer refunds if any of the books in the "combo" have downloads.
  • In case the customer changes his mind or buys the wrong product, we will assist in canceling the order within 30 days but the refund will be a voucher of equal value. Note only applies to the case that no part of the order has been loaded. You can only exchange products once per order for the reason of wrong purchase or change of mind.
  • For print books and other physical products, the time to request a refund is 30 days from the date of receipt. We do not support order cancellation when the customer changes his mind or buys the wrong product for which the product was sent.
  • For print books and other physical products, the product must be in new unused condition.

2.2. Through facebook fan page.

2.3. Contact via hotline.

2.4. Via email

We receive customer refund requests via email info@ozinbook.com . If sending a refund request via email, please note the following requirements in order for your request to be processed as quickly as possible:

  • Title: Request Return & Refund.
  • Email content:
  1. Code orders.
  2. Product Type (Available or pre-orderk)
  3. The reason you are requesting a refund.

2.5. Via our store

We accept returns and refund requests at 153 Timber Cove, Webster, NY 14580, USA. We may require identity verification via the email or phone number you provided in your order at prepayment.

3. Shipping

For audiobook products, when returning goods to us, customers will not lose any fees.
For audiobooks, refunds will not apply to return shipping so no payment will be made.

4. When will I receive my refund.

We will refund in 1-3 business days after confirming the refund request. We will revoke your permission to download the product, so please do not attempt to download the product for which a refund is requested. We will cancel the refund request if you make the download.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

5. Changes To Our Return Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy without prior notice.
